The Interway Group was chosen by the Paris Commercial Court to take over the assets and 90% of the employees of the company Odéolis, in receivership. A recovery desired by employees but also its customers, reassured by the solidity of the Digital Services Company (ESN).
This external growth operation will allow the Interway Group to have a deployment and maintenance force commensurate with the new services offered, but also new contracts ... and stated ambitions. After having formulated a takeover offer in May 2020 , the INTERWAY Group was chosen to take over the assets of the company Odéolis from 1/10/2020.
In receivership, the company of 70 employees, with turnover of € 11m, was specialized in deployment, commissioning and assistance operations for large account customers such as la Française des jeux.
After the takeover of SIS in 2017, the Interway Group continued its external growth strategy by acquiring In Store Solution, a consultant, designer, manufacturer and integrator of dynamic display solutions, kiosks and interactive furniture (interactive terminals, touch windows, etc. ).
An acquisition that aims to complement and diversify the software and hardware solutions offered by the Group. The INTERWAY Group announces the acquisition in mid-February 2019 of 100% from Instore Solution, which becomes a full subsidiary of the Group. This external growth operation is part of the development plan initiated 3 years ago, when BNP Paribas Développement and Bpifrance acquired a minority stake in the capital of Groupe Interway.
Integrator, operator and service provider, the Interway Group provides companies and retail players with innovative digital technological solutions, supported by a comprehensive service offering. Interway has just obtained the REMPARTS label created by the Groupement des Cartes Bancaires CB, and is therefore part of the very closed circle of major service providers in the electronic payment market.
This certification validates the strategic investments, the processes and the security implemented internally and for our customers. The Groupement des Cartes Bancaires CB, the guarantor of the CB card payment system, has set up a plan to strengthen security in the field of acceptance intended to prevent and limit fraud. This plan is reflected in the establishment of a REMPARTS repository: "Reinforcement and Control on Acceptance Park - Resilience, Transparency, Safety".
On stand G108, Interway will present its WiFi Retail, Monétique360 and Data360 value-added offers, based on its SESAM service offering. Come meet us and attend our demonstrations on stand G108 to find out how to offer a healthy experience to your customers and salespeople, and how to collect and use data to measure the customer journey and the ROI of your actions.
The INTERWAY Group acquired in June 2017 100% from the company “Supporter Integration & Services” (SIS), a subsidiary of the Supporter Group. A “horizontal” external growth operation since SIS operates in the same business sectors as the Interway Group.
In accordance with its ambitions, this transaction enables the Interway Group to strengthen itself commercially and operationally. SIS provides support, OSS and staff delegation services to large French companies, including RICOH, Labeyrie, Longchamp, Remy Cointreau ... With a turnover of € 4 million and 85 employees , SIS has a support center located in Bordeaux. SIS employees will keep their work site.
